Everyone is welcome to exhibit at the gaming market – from established online stores to individuals selling off their duplicate games. Tables cost just £90 and can be booked by contacting us to request a booking form.

You are welcome to arrive at any time before your allocated ticket times (11:00 for advance tickets, 12:00/1300 for second/third door or 14:00 for general entry), however we ask that you do not arrive too far in advance.

Yes. Doors will open at 11:00 for people who have bought advance tickets online. Second door entry will commence at 12:00 giving advance entry attendees a full hour before everyone else. General entry will commence at 14:00

Our priority at opening will be to get everyone through the doors as quickly as possible and this will include ‘pre-processing’ of those who already have tickets. This will be done by scanning tickets prior to opening.

At peak times there may be a queuing system for second door and general entry as we will operate and one-in-one out system once we reach our capacity.

Advance entry tickets cost £8.00 plus booking fee. Second/Third door (12:00/13:00) tickets cost £5.00 plus booking fee. They are all available on the tickets page.

General entry takes place from 14:00 and tickets cost £4.00 plus booking fee. These can be purchased on the door as well as on the tickets page.

To prevent overcrowding we will be introducing a one-in-one-out system during busy times with priority given to pre-booked tickets.

Tickets are on sale now!

On the door entry will be from 14:00. The entry price will be £4.00 per adult.

Cardiff University offers pre-bookable, pay-as-you-go (PAYG) parking via the RingGo app/website for visitors. There is also a Pay & Display car park at the campus, but it can fill up.

Yes, a carer/PA will be admitted free of charge with a paying disabled attendee – this only applies to general entry (13:00) tickets.

Under 16s do not need to pay to enter on the door when accompanied by a full paying adult after 13:00.

We are unable to offer refunds for advance entry tickets, but you are welcome to give them to a friend or family member.

Photography and video is permitted, however we ask that you do not bring large cameras and equipment that will cause a trip hazard or disrupt others enjoyment of the show.

Sorry but no dogs are permitted at this event.
